Michael A. Falsetti is the founder, sole shareholder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Verità Telecommunications Corporation (VTC) and has worked in the telecommunications service industry for over 40-years. In 1984, at the age of 22, Mr. Falsetti founded Advanced Communications, Inc. (ACI), a business that originally provided cable television connection services in Southeastern Michigan and Northern Ohio. Under his leadership, ACI grew from a garage-based operation to a $125-million full-service operation that also provided aerial and underground construction of fiber optic cable systems (which is now the focus of VTC).

In 2012, Mr. Falsetti sold ACI to a private equity firm and remained in his capacity as President. In November 2013 he resigned from ACI and founded VTC. Under his leadership, Verità has grown from start-up to $80 million of annual revenue.

Roland Schuch is our Vice President of Central Great Lakes Construction Operations at VERITÀ and has worked in the telecommunications service industry for over 42 years. In 1980, he started his career with the US Government in Germany as a Telephone lineman and splicer. After 10 years of Military service, he worked as an independent consultant in Las Vegas until he went to work at Advanced Communications, Inc. (ACI) in 2010 as a Construction Manager for Cell Backhaul sites overseeing Michigan and Indiana, after being promoted in 2014 he functioned as the Director of Operations for Michigan and Ohio. Since working at VTC he was working as Director of Operations for the Northville Business Unit until he was promoted in 2021 to Vice President.

Daniel Sarna, C.P.A., is a co-founder of VERITÀ and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. After working with Plante & Moran CPAs (1976-1979) he entered private practice where he specialized in business start-ups. In 1984, he met Mr. Falsetti and incorporated Advanced Communications Inc. After completing an engagement with BCR Computing Corporation (1983-1989) –a business that he co-founded and where he served as Vice President-Finance – he was appointed Managing Director of Advanced Communications’ European subsidiary, where he served during 1991-1998. From that point to 2013 (when he incorporated VERITÀ), he managed an accounting and tax practice.

Jason E. Palmer, PE joins the VERITÀ team as Vice President of Design and Engineering with 24 years of Telecom experience in both the wireless and wireline industries. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and is a professionally licensed engineer in 27 states with a strong background in civil design. Recently, he served as President of Utility Services at Fullerton Engineering where he established a brand-new wireline engineering team in 2016. He has been involved in major fiber and wireless builds nationwide in his 24 years including supporting the wireless buildout of Detroit for Sprint PCS. Jason will bring a compassionate and results-oriented style of leadership with the intent to grow the abilities, knowledge and careers of his entire team. He welcomes the opportunity to join VERITÀ and is determined to ensure we have the best telecom design team in the country.
